The location and the site are exceptional, architecture and the gardens are very beautiful and it’s a calm and peaceful place to stay. The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful.

The carpet, curtains, electrical outlet, bath furniture were not completely clean. I found hair in the toilet. there was noise too late and early next day The nails of the person that was serving the fruit were dirty also she was touching his mask Every Time

Wifi”s sígnale was very low. The carpet Of the room a little dirty, so the windows to the pool. But the beds were excelent, the same the meals we asked in room service… the meals a little expensive, it was very simple food and a little expensive, but deliciosa… the personal at desk or the roomservice people excelent attention… The place in general beauty as always, I would lijke you mantain this place celan and pretty… as it is…
